Safety & Equipment Policy
All participants must be able to safely wear and properly fit the VR headset. If a headset cannot be safely fitted, staff may refuse participation for that individual. In this case, a voucher or refund will be provided for that person only.
For safety reasons, support straps may be required for participants who are unable to comfortably carry the VR equipment for the full session.
If a participant drops, throws, or mishandles equipment, or engages in any action that could cause damage, they will be removed from the game immediately. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Refund & rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. Guests may reschedule for a future date instead.
